Terms and Conditions

Please note that our prices are based on 1 person in a single or 2 people sharing a twin room,
we charge an extra £20/pp for the rooms that sleep more than two.

We welcome children of all ages and can provide a travel cot and high chair on request. 

Children under 2 stay free!

Breakfast is served between 7.00am and 09.00 am on week days and 8:00 am until 10:00 am on weekends. Missed breakfasts will not be refunded. Special dietary requirements must be made clear to the management before 8 pm each night. Breakfasts times may differ on some days.

Road Lodge is a Non-smoking guesthouse, smoking will set off alarms should you ignore this notice. The only area we permit smoking is outside, we do not permit guest to smoke out the windows. 

Check out time is 11am.

Luggage storage can be arranged, free of charge if for only a few hours.

Late stays are charged and considered additional night charges, unless otherwise agreed

Noise - we ask you to be considerate regarding noise levels at all times in and around the house for the benefit

of all guests.

Breakages, all rooms are thoroughly checked before your arrival. However should you find a damaged or broken item within the room or building please report immediately to any of the Road Lodge staff. Please note all breakages and damages will be charged for.

Car Parking - Is at owners risk and Road Lodge will not be held responsible for any fines loss or damage caused.

Cancellation Policy - If you cancel - we will do our best to fill your reserved accommodation, but retain the right to keep the full price of the booking if the 7 days notice has not been given.

Hot Tub
The hot tub may be found on the left side of the garden when facing away from the house and is provided free for all guests to use. Before using, the management must be informed. Extra towels can be supplied on request (small extra charge). Closing time for the hot tub is 10pm.

We ask you to be extremely courteous with noise levels at all times and especially at night for the sake of our neighbors. Suitable swimsuits must be worn at all times. Please observe all signs in and around the Hot Tub for your safety. No smoking in or directly around the Hot Tub. Temperature levels are set and must not be adjusted. Any breakages or misuse of the hot tub will be charged for.
